As some of you may know, I am the Board Chair of Care 2 Communities (C2C), a nonprofit creating a model for sustainable, community-based healthcare in Haiti. C2C meets the needs of poor families by delivering low-cost, high-quality primary care through a social enterprise clinic model.
"GIFT A LIFE" is C2C's latest campaign to reduce maternal and child deaths in Haiti. Our goal is to provide comprehensive services for 1,000 pregnant women, from the onset of pregnancy through the baby's first year of life.
My personal goal is to raise $5,000 to ensure safe motherhood for 50 women. Would you be willing to join me by gifting a safe pregnancy and delivery to an expecting mother?
