Over the course of one transformative year, The WHYLEAD Program  empowers more than 100 students through consistent, relationship-centered mentorship designed to unlock potential and nurture purpose. Focused on underrepresented youth, this initiative connects students with caring mentors who provide not only personal guidance, but also access to critical academic, emotional, and career resources.

Through weekly sessions, community projects, and leadership workshops, participants develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. The program cultivates a supportive ecosystem within the school—where students feel seen, valued, and inspired to uplift one another.

Beyond individual success, The WHYLEAD Program  is about community impact: fostering healthy spaces that encourage collaboration, cultural understanding, and collective growth. Together, we’re building a generation of empowered young leaders who are ready to lead change—one mentorship at a time.
