For my birthday this year (which happens to be World Down syndrome day)  I'm asking for donations to Hearts of Joy International which provides life saving heart surgery to individuals with Down syndrome.  I've chosen this nonprofit because their mission is so special and significant! I hope you'll consider contributing as a way to celebrate with me the generosity, love and caring of this organization for these sweet little angels who may otherwise have no hope at all.  Every little bit will help me reach my goal and could help you help to save a life
