Campaign Description

We are not yet sure of all the costs and amounts. We do know that the following have not yet been paid for:

 - Sprinkler system (must be installed to satisfy city code requirement, $8500)

 - Water meter replacement (must be upgraded to support the sprinkler system, $5,679.54)

 - Water line replacement (must be upgraded to connect the new meter and sprinkler system, unknown)

 - Siding (must be at least significantly repaired to stop leaking inside the building, estimated at $10,000)
