It’s difficult and we who care for loved ones feel helpless as they feel hopeless. 

We feel isolated.

That is the purpose of this support group. 

Care partners need to put their oxygen masks on first. 

Self-care, physical or emotional, is key to caring for our loved ones. 

If we’re not well, we can’t help them. 

This support group provides the opportunity to share what’s going on inside of us and get tips about what works in someone else’s home.  It can be an opportunity to schmooze about things having nothing to do with Parkinson’s.
