Libertarios Hispanos is committed to getting critical first aid supplies & medicine into the hands of people suffering in Cuba. 

The project’s co-founder, Martha Bueno, is launching a donation and supply drive to help coordinate efforts now that more options are available to transport goods. Your donations will help cover the cost of goods, shipping, and transportation to put supplies directly into the hands of families in need. All funds raised will be collected by People for Liberty, on behalf of Libertarios Hispanos, and then will be used to purchase first aid supplies & medicine, put together supply packages, and then ship directly to the people who have been vetted and approved to receive those goods. This way, we can do our best to ensure the items are not stolen or received by those other than the intended recipients. We are not currently accepting new nominations for families & individuals to receive support but sign up for the People for Liberty newsletter for announcements and updates as the project develops. Martha is doing her best to stay on top of the ever-changing situation!

On average, the cost to send a package of generic first aid supplies weighing 22 lbs (approved limit) costs $250.00 so we have set a preliminary goal to raise $5,000.00 

Any funds raised above and beyond an individual family's needs will go towards the general support fund. 90% of every dollar raised will go directly to purchase and ship the supplies needed with 10% covering administrative costs, such as credit card processing fees, etc. For more frequently asked questions, information about the families, or opportunities to volunteer, please visit: people4cuba.com/
