I've been a nurse for 18 years now. I've been a nurse practitioner with Vascular Institute (VIC) for over 6 years now; and I continue to feel like I am constantly learning something new. Vascular care can be challenging, and I enjoy learning from my job daily. VIC truly appreciates the importance of accessible healthcare, and I am honored to be a part of this opportunity to give back to the community. I am one of our north Georgia providers and have enjoyed getting to know and work with both patients and other providers in this area. One of our slogans at VIC is "rise to the challenge," and so I agreed to dance even though this is a completely new challenge to me.

When I'm not working, I'm usually spending time with my family. We love to travel! In the summer we enjoy being out on the lake. All four of my kids are year-round swimmers so we spend a lot of time at swim meets. Right now, the weekends are for football!
