My name is Dr. Robert Harper, and I serve as the President of  HOPE (Helping Others Prioritize Education) Initiative, Inc. This 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization's mission is to provide equal access to educational and workforce opportunities for individuals living in under-resourced communities. With a combination of comprehensive programming that includes academic support, networking strategies, leadership training, college planning, and workforce development, the HOPE Initiative propels students through postsecondary education and into gainful employment. Through our virtual program, GAME (Get Advice Master Education), our vision is to create a culture where educational opportunities empower individuals and improve the quality of life for the communities we serve. 

The goal of GAME is to connect transition-age to the range of post-secondary options including certificate programs, trade schools, and best fit college and career pathways. This is accomplished through specific goals within our blended learning solution for college, career, and life readiness. These goals include: 

1. Expose students to college and career readiness assessments and help them understand their strengths to effectively plan for their future
2. Motivate students to prepare for the ACT college entrance exam and provide them with ACT study materials, practice sessions, and tutoring
3. Reduce achievement gap through academic support and success strategies for students
4. Provide a wide range of extracurricular and enrichment opportunities that build leadership, improve education advancement, foster positive development, and increase engagement with available resources
