I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Dr. Robert Harper, and I am the founder of the HOPE Initiative which is a tax-exempt non-profit organization that provides a unique system of support to carry out its mission in providing equal access to educational and workforce opportunities for youth living in under-resourced communities. Through strategic partnerships, we promote educational advancement and enhance relationships between police and community. Once again we are partnering with Officer Tracy Carter and the Ft. Worth Police Department to bring joy to less fortunate kids through the 2025 “Shop with a Cop” Holiday Event. This marks the 11th year that FWPD has blessed Ft. Worth youth with a positive holiday experience.

This school year, our goal is to serve 500 children throughout the Ft. Worth community and give them the chance to experience the season with dignity and excitement. To make this possible, we are asking for your support. Your donation will go directly towards providing gift cards for youth to purchase gifts for themselves during a time when they might not be able to afford them.
