TUMO is a pioneering educational program offering free, cutting-edge learning in technology and design. Our mission is simple yet bold: to create life-changing learning opportunities on a large scale.

Through our innovative learning model, teens chart their own learning paths through a personalized, self-paced curriculum combining interactive workshops, hands-on labs, and mentorship from industry professionals. Students gain direct experience in 14 cutting-edge fields, including programming, AI, robotics, animation, filmmaking, music, game development, and 3D modeling—equipping them with the practical skills and creative confidence to thrive in the digital age.

Since its inception, TUMO has grown into a global movement, impacting over 130,000 teens in Armenia alone and expanding to 10 international centers - with more on the way.

Independent research confirms our impact. A study by Dalberg International found that TUMO alumni are:

• 200% more likely to achieve outstanding grades in school
• 70% more likely to excel in university
• 350% more likely to pursue careers in tech
• 50% more likely to earn over three times the national average salary 

The TUMO Armenia Campaign: Expanding Access to Every Teen in Armenia

At TUMO, we’re helping fuel Armenia’s innovation economy from the ground up by building a pipeline of creative, technically skilled talent across the country. Our alumni go on to power the country’s leading tech and creative industries - advancing innovation, strengthening communities and shaping the future of the nation.

That’s why we launched the TUMO Armenia Campaign, an ambitious initiative to reach every teen in Armenia through a nationwide network of 14 TUMO Hubs and 79 TUMO Boxes, with a special focus on rural and underserved communities.  

Thanks to generous community support, we’ve already made strong progress:

✅ 7 TUMO Hubs and 39 TUMO Boxes are up and running
✅ 25,000 teens actively participate each week
✅ Underserved regions now have unprecedented access to opportunity
