My name is Emily and I have been a USARC staff member since the summer of 2018 when I was an intern. I am raising money for Peak to Peak, a bike ride from Big Bear to Mammoth. It is a 5 day journey that consists of 335 miles! This is USARC’s biggest fundraiser and the funds help us create awesome experiences for our participants. I love the work that we do here in Big Bear; it is so rewarding seeing participants be able to accomplish things that they did not think were possible!

Each day at work I try to encourage someone new, however they actually inspire me with their strength and determination. I feel grateful to be a part of a program that is impacting the lives of so many participants!
