At 1 FUR 1 Foundation, we empower community nonprofits with mentorship, funding, and technology so they can expand their reach and deepen their impact. Together, we’ve helped deliver animal-assisted services to over 45,000 people in need nationwide—counting.

From wagging tails to friends with hooves, our specially trained dogs and mini horses bring comfort, connection, and healing to children, adults, and seniors through group Animal-Assisted Activities (AAA) and Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) sessions. Our network of partners has over 60 animals actively working plus, this year we bough-in a new partner who rescues dogs and trains them to become service dogs. We deliver meaningful impact—measurable and immediate. After only one (AAA/T) session, the participants  experience:
