About Simike village:
In September 2011, the Tanzanian government identified seven villages in urgent need of our support. These villages, including Simike, sit within a single ward called Lufingo, near Africa Bridge's field office in Tukuyu.
Today, Africa Bridge is in the process of conducting needs assessments within Simike village, which includes listening to the children during Future Search. Soon after, one young person from this village will be asked to step forward and serve as a volunteer child guide during the next five years of partnership with Africa Bridge.
Together, donors and villagers will work together to create real and lasting change.
