From the beginning ASFA has relied on contributions from arts, education and community leaders to offer the exceptional opportunities it does to a diverse and talented student body. Individual, corporate and foundation donations built every stage and wing of the campus. And now more than $800,000 in annual support pays for important resources beyond the State Budget. 

Unrestricted gifts to the Annual Fund give ASFA the most flexibility. 

Your gifts support: 

Program Excellence (all 6 Specialty's benefit: guest artists, residencies, supplies, equipment) 

Direct Student Support (financial aid for fees, summer intensive scholarships, and food security) 

Campus Improvements (big projects like the new dish room in the cafeteria and renovations to specialty spaces) 

Mission Support (the ASFA magazine, reaching excellent students throughout the State, and community engagement) 

Independence (last year, the Namibia trip for 40 music and theater arts students, this year, hosting the national Arts Schools Networks' conference with this year's theme of "Teaching Antiracism and Equity through the Arts" and sending students to the International Association of Blacks in Dance Conference)
