This Saturday is the 20th Anniversary of Arms Around Bainbridge whose mission is to provide financial and emotional support to Bainbridge Island community members facing financial crisis as a result of illness. To help raise awareness and funds, swimmers from all over gather to swim a relay around the island. I have volunteered to help ensure these swimmers stay safe by paddling along in my kayak. You can help too by making a contribution! I'm currently scheduled to paddle just over 3 miles, but for every hundred dollars I raise, I'll add an extra mile around the island!
