The Black Family Government Layoff (BFGLA) mutual aid supports Black-led households with family members who the Trump administration has laid off. 

Your donation will help us provide Black-led households with assistance for rent and mortgage support, utility payments, medical aid, and groceries.

Donations will be provided to applicants via BeGreatDC via Zelle, Cash App, or Gift Card. BeGreatDC is a (501)c-3 Black-women-led nonprofit in Washington, DC that focuses on wellness, education, and community engagement.  Signature programs include the annual Holiday Toy and Luggage Drive for foster care youth, GoGroceeries, The Essentials, and our Laptops and Hotspots drive for DC students.
