If you are unfamiliar with our “Landlord Santa” program let me, tell you a little about it.  Each year we take children, typically elementary school aged, shopping for holiday essentials such as coats, hats, gloves, and other holiday items.  We do this by partnering with private businesses and individuals for raising the necessary funds as well as partnering with local school, churches, and other organizations to identify those in need that would qualify.  We take each child to Walmart for an evening of shopping, fun and a usually a visit from Santa Claus.  

                Last year we were unable to do the event in person; however, we were able to shop for the nominated kids, utilize volunteers from local high schools, friends, and family to wrap and then ultimately deliver the gifts.  This year though we are looking to return to our in-person event as we have many years in the past.
