For years, planners have dreamed of creating a pedestrian bridge that connects the east and west banks of the South Platte River at the 35th Street alignment. In 2014, Bridges to Prosperity, the North Denver Cornerstone Collaborative, and Zeppelin Development joined forces with a shared dedication to make that dream a reality. 

Together, we have designed a bridge that will connect the surrounding neighborhoods and provide residents and visitors safe access to pedestrian pathways, public transportation, parks and public open space, economic and educational opportunities, community services, and a host of local amenities. The Art Bridge, in conjunction with RiNo Park, will also provide the neighborhood a vibrant community gathering space where visitors can congregate and enjoy the benefits of Colorado’s great outdoors.
