Camp Horizon works with 8 - 24 year-olds in the metro Atlanta area, which are currently experiencing or have experienced foster care.   Camp Horizon is dedicated to preparing our youth with the skills and relationships they will need to manage the process of aging out of foster care.  Through our pillars of empowerment, community, adventure, and access, Camp Horizon serves youth and families impacted by foster care in the metro Atlanta area, restoring hope and dignity to end the cycle of abuse and neglect.

Camp Horizon’s Holiday Giving Campaign was created to bring holiday spirit into the homes and hearts of youth who have experienced foster care.  For many of our youth and families, the holidays can be an especially challenging and difficult time because they lack the resources, support, family, and love.  You can get involved, make a loving impact this holiday season with a generous donation of any amount.
