Carmen Felder is a nationally recognized television personality, philanthropist, entrepreneur, media personality, and disabled United States Air Force veteran whose remarkable journey has taken her from military service to national television, entertainment, philanthropy, and broadcast media.

A proud Air Force veteran, Carmen served during Operation Enduring Freedom, supported military operations surrounding September 11, 2001, and assisted with efforts following Hurricane Katrina. Her military service instilled in her a deep sense of discipline, resilience, leadership, and commitment to service—qualities that continue to shape her personal journey and professional career.

Carmen has appeared on Bravo’s Below Deck, OWN’s Ready to Love Potomac, and Love & Marriage DC. She is also a recurring contributor and commentator on FOX 5 DC, where she brings her signature personality, humor, and candid perspective to entertainment, lifestyle, celebrity, and community conversations. Her work across reality television, broadcast media, and entertainment has established her as a recognizable personality throughout the DMV and beyond.

Beyond television, Carmen serves as President of the 89 Ways to Give Foundation, founded by former NFL star Santana Moss. Through the Foundation, she helps lead initiatives focused on youth mentorship, educational support, community outreach, holiday giving, and charitable programming. Working alongside athletes, celebrities, businesses, and community leaders, Carmen is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities and providing resources to families throughout the community.

Known for her ability to connect people and bring energy into any room, Carmen believes in using her platform to inspire others and give back. Now, at 48, she is embracing a new challenge: the ballroom. While she is comfortable in front of television cameras and knows how to command a room, competitive ballroom dancing will push her outside her comfort zone, requiring discipline, vulnerability, physical endurance, and a willingness to be a beginner again.

For Carmen, this experience represents reinvention, resilience, and embracing a new chapter. After serving her country, building a career in entertainment, dedicating herself to her community, and becoming a mother, she hopes to inspire women to challenge themselves, choose themselves, and pursue new dreams at any stage of life. Now, after serving her country, serving her community, and entertaining audiences across the country, Carmen is ready to serve it up on the dance floor.
