Welcome to my support-raising page! I’m so glad you’re here! If you don’t know me, my name is Ella McFadyen, and I’m graduating from Jacksonville University this May! One of the most meaningful parts of my college journey has been my involvement with Delight Ministries, a Christ-centered women’s ministry that has completely transformed my walk with the Lord and the way I’ve experienced community. Through Delight, I’ve seen what it looks like to walk alongside other women in authentic friendship, grow in faith, and create spaces where stories are shared and lives are changed. This ministry has shaped me into who I am today, and I now have the joy and honor of stepping into a full-time role with Delight as a Regional Director!

As a Regional Director, I’ll be supporting around 20 college campuses within my region. I’ll get to mentor and walk closely with student leaders, helping them launch, grow, and sustain thriving Delight chapters on their campuses. Since Delight is entirely student-led, this role plays a crucial part in equipping and encouraging leaders who are pouring into their communities. It’s a ripple effect of discipleship, and I’m so excited to be a part of it!

To step into this role, I’m raising $45,000 to fully fund my position. This amount covers my living expenses, ministry travel, transportation, and resources needed to support the chapters I’ll be working with over the next 10 months. My goal is to be fully funded by August 1st, just before the school year kicks off!

The Lord has made it abundantly clear that this is where He is calling me to serve for the next year, and I’m so excited to see how He works in my time as a Regional Director! I’ve seen His faithfulness over and over again in opening this door, and I’m saying "yes" in full faith that He’ll provide through the generosity and partnership of people like you!
