Believe it or not, what with the power plant next door and the two-story sewer pipe sticking out of the ground, we don’t have power and sewer available at the farm. Even for this farm dinner we have to use two generators and rent a portable toilet. Having permanent power and water open endless potential for hosting events and building the things we’d love to share with the neighborhood like a kitchen and dining area.
