🌟 The Embrace Her Legacy Academy: NYC Summer Institute

Our flagship personal and professional development experience for young women ages 14–21 from under-resourced communities across New York City. Through workshops, mentorship, field trips, and experiential learning, participants strengthen communication, confidence, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and purpose-driven goal setting — building both the self-awareness and professional foundation needed for lifelong success.

🎓 EHL Academy: College & Career Readiness Advisory Program

Extending our mission into high schools, this semester- or year-long program provides an intentional space for upperclasswomen to cultivate self-worth, emotional wellness, and practical career readiness.
At a time when 83% of Gen Z teens identify school and college admissions as major stressors, we remind every young woman: “You are not defined by an acceptance or rejection letter.” Students leave equipped with confidence, clarity, and the skills to navigate their futures with purpose.

🎓 EHL College Scholarship Program

Graduates of our Academy programs are eligible for Embrace Her Legacy College Scholarships of $2,500 or more, helping to eliminate financial barriers to higher education and ensuring every young woman can pursue her dreams.

💫 MastHERclass LIVE Workshops

Our goal: serve 500 young women through transformational, interactive experiences that build confidence, leadership, and emotional wellness — helping them rise in every area of life.
