3.0 Student Impact Program

Brought to You by Fresh Foundation

The 3.0 Student Impact Program is a signature initiative of Fresh Foundation, created to inspire academic excellence, leadership, character, and personal growth among high school students throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Our mission is to provide students with the support, resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to succeed in school, athletics, leadership, and life.

Our primary focus is on incoming high school student-athletes who have earned and maintained a 3.0 GPA or higher. Through structured academic accountability, tutoring, mentorship, leadership training, workshops, college and career readiness, scholarships, and life-skills development, we are committed to supporting students throughout their high school journey and preparing them for success beyond graduation.

We believe that academic success should be celebrated just as much as athletic success. By rewarding students who remain committed to their education, we help create a culture where achievement in the classroom becomes the standard.

Student Leadership Program

In addition to academic support, Fresh Foundation offers a Student Leadership Program designed to develop the next generation of leaders.

Selected students have the opportunity to serve as role models within the organization while gaining real-world leadership experience through:

  • Leadership development and public speaking
  • Community service and volunteer projects
  • Event planning and program leadership
  • Peer mentorship
  • Professional communication and teamwork
  • Career exploration and workforce readiness
  • College preparation and leadership workshops

Student leaders learn responsibility, accountability, integrity, and servant leadership while helping build a stronger community. These experiences prepare students for college, careers, scholarships, and future leadership opportunities.

We Believe Every Student Matters

At Fresh Foundation, we recognize that every student has potential. While the 3.0 Student Impact Program celebrates academic achievement, students who are not athletes or who may not currently meet the 3.0 GPA benchmark can still access guidance, mentorship, academic resources, and encouragement through our additional student support initiatives. Our goal is to help every student grow, improve, and reach their full potential.

Our Goals

  • Inspire students to achieve and maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Support student-athletes academically, socially, and personally
  • Develop confident student leaders through leadership training and service
  • Provide tutoring, mentorship, workshops, and scholarship opportunities
  • Promote leadership, discipline, accountability, and life-skills development
  • Prepare students for college, careers, and lifelong success
  • Build stronger communities through education, mentorship, and service
