The Good Samaritan Community Development Corporation (GSCDC) serves as a catalyst agency to lead and facilitate new growth within the State of South Carolina. We envision this growth to include protecting those that are the most vulnerable, as well as, promoting those who excel in industry and education.

The GSCDC has three main focus areas:

Safe & Affordable Housing Development

We will provide affordable housing through revitalization, repairs and new construction efforts. ​

Community Investment

We are committed to the safety, health, and development of the community's most precious assets, our youth and our elderly. 

​​Job Skills Development

We will provide job skills training, life skills training, and workforce development opportunities to those with employment barriers such as; persons with lack of vocational training, disabilities, a history of substance abuse, challenged veterans and ex-offenders.

We are determined in our mission to create and promote commercial and economic development, and other empowerment activities in low wealth communities.
