The LA fires have people in fear, anxiety, and trauma. Come join us for a transforming trauma fascial maneuvers pop up class and lets heal together as a group. The class is free for all to come and gather for support. 

We are collecting donations both here as well as in person at the class so that we can directly support families in need. 

We will also be collecting canned foods and water to be delivered to a shelter. 

If you are a practitioner, and you are open to share your gifts with helping people in need, this is the place to be and we welcome you to join with open arms.
