September was an incredibly busy and impactful month for our team!

We had 264 patient check ins and met 19 new patients! Our team provided 334 FREE prescription medications and countless over-the-counter products to those in need. Every interaction is a step toward better health in our community—and we couldn’t do it without your continued support.

Now, we need your help to restock our pharmacy and support patients with urgent needs.

This month we've spent over $1,300 on prescription medications, and we still have more items to order. In addition to restocking essential over-the-counter medications, we urgently need to purchase durable medical equipment such as canes and seated walkers to assist several of our patients.
