The Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center strives in every facet to be a leading arts and cultural center informed by the African American experience. We fulfill this axiom by preserving, promoting, presenting, and celebrating diverse cultures with a special emphasis on African American cultural heritage. 

For the past 9 years, audiences have been able to encounter the richness of these narratives through artistic presentations of the highest quality, educational programming and outreach, film and opportunities for community inclusion.

In addition, to gaining support from corporate partners and granting agencies, individual giving provides another layer of community inclusion and support that is vital. Each dollar raised in directly invested in the equipping, engagement, and empowerment of all community members.
