This fall the Weeksville Heritage Center (WHC) is partnering with Enitan Vintage and Liberated People to present Africans in Brooklyn, a recursive, interactive contemporary installation. The installation will take place in New York City’s Housing Authority’s Kingsborough neighborhood, located directly across the street from WHC, and is purposed with documenting resident life and collecting oral histories about the lives of people living in this historic community.
