Each year there is one National Miss Heart of the USA Queen that is chosen by the public. That is our Peoples Choice title. 

This area of competition is not judged by our judges panel it is based on public vote.

Each vote is $1 and the contestant with the most votes WINS! 

VOTES RECEIVED THROUGH MIDNIGHT OCTOBER 1st, 2023 WILL COUNT DOUBLE.
EXAMPLE: If you receive $100 in votes by October 1st, 2023 they will count as $200!
