In 2018, more than 46,000 men, women and children,
were given deportation orders in the same manner-- by not showing to court on their date. Many of these people were seeking safety in the US, and lost their opportunity.
This would all be avoidable if the US had a better system then sending a carbon copy
of a hearing notice to someone’s address, where they may or may not live.
Mobile Pathways believes we can solve this,

With the Pathways Toolkit, users can learn about what to expect and how to prepare for their court dates and sign up to receive notifications and reminders about those dates. Users can also input information about their detained relatives and Mobile Pathways will put them connect them to the relevant resources and organizations to help reunify their families.
