I believe that access to accurate information that determines the safety and livelihoods of individuals and families is a basic human right. There are currently thousands of refugees and asylum seekers who fled their country for safety living in life-threatening tent cities along the Mexico- US border. Although these individuals and families, entered the US legally they are being forced to wait for their immigration hearings in Mexico without factual legal information or representation.



This giving season I am dedicated to raising $2,500 to help provide 2,000 families legal representation so they understand the information they need to exercise their right to an immigration hearing.
