Build a Generation (B.A.G.) is a series of transformative conferences focused on uplifting inner-city populations through education, mentorships, and peer-to-peer networking. We will focus on bringing educators who can present real-life information about entrepreneurism, pathways to generational wealth, and the hidden advantages of working for yourself. Experts from various fields will lead groups in learning about passive income, eliminating food insecurity, and educational alternatives.
B.A.G. differs from many conferences because education doesn’t stop when the forum is over. We will create digital networks for mentors and attendees and provide them with accountability tools to ensure that attendees are supported in implementing what they’ve learned. B.A.G. attendees will be constantly asked about their plans and progress in accomplishing the lessons from the conference. We will also provide virtual follow-up meetings with the mentors of their choice.
This isn’t an event that is about cocktail parties or increasing visibility for the hosts. It’s about people sharing knowledge because a rising tide of individual success will lift every boat. B.A.G. will be held where the people are, in the neighborhoods of the people we want to reach, and accessible by public transportation. Admission cost is minimal, with scholarship opportunities available through our sponsors for those who need assistance. Our inaugural conference will be held in Atlanta in February, and our goal is to expand it to multiple cities across the nation. Join us in making this dream a reality!
