This is a difficult time for many organizations, and we are not immune. But we take courage in the generous outpouring of support we've already witnessed from our friends and partners alike. We are launching our US❤ UG fundraiser in which our goal is to raise $50,000 so that the critical, life-sustaining work in Uganda can continue despite the coronavirus crisis.  

We need your help now more than ever to weather this crisis. As in many other countries, people have lost jobs and livelihoods in the economic slowdown caused by Uganda's nationwide lockdown. But in Uganda, there is no health insurance, no paid leave, no unemployment to apply for, no food bank to go to, no individual subsidies, no loans to businesses, and a dwindling national food supply. Many Ugandans are in danger of not surviving the lockdown.
