PraeSpero Farms

PraeSpero Farms serves those struggling with homelessness, mental illness, and/or a criminal record, equipping them with the resources to create and follow personally-defined pathways to sustainable recovery. Set on a working farm, we integrate alternative therapies with evidence-based recovery strategies; provide long-term housing, care coordination, and life/job skills; and support resident reintegration as productive community members.
