Hello, my name is Beth.

I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and have experienced its transformative effects on my physical and emotional well-being. I love the space it creates for sitting, listening, and observing my thoughts. Helping others and promoting wellness and happiness is at the core of who I am. 

When I learned about Project Schoolhouse’s mission to bring clean water where there is none, I felt moved to take action. With the help of our kind community we will help young girls to stay in school rather than fetch water and families to stay health. 

That's why I'm fundraising to provide clean water for life for 2 families in Nicaragua. To meet my $3,000 goal, I'm hosting a series of donation-based, pop-up yoga classes to benefit Project Schoolhouse. These classes are open to all and free to attend. 

All donations will be dedicated to providing clean water to a family in rural Nicaragua, currently drinking river water also used by livestock and for bathing.
