#22CHUG is to raise awareness for the 22 veterans that lose the fight to PTSD daily by commiting suicide. 22 Veterans daily, is 22 too many! This is a battle we are fighting on our own turf.

We, being veterans ourselves, fight the battle as hard now as we did when we were fighting for our country. Now, we are fighting for a different cause, our Veterans.

QMissions, in short, is a Not for profit organization that is dedicated to helping Veterans all around the country. We take veterans, at all stages, on the mission field, and also get them involved with serving their community.

THE RULES ARE SIMPLE....no one inder the age of 18 is permitted to participate! Please consult a doctor before attempting this challenge. 

You must drink 22oz of liquid in under 22 seconds! This must be done on FB or you can even use FB Live...You must use the hastag #22Chug to be recognized. Please keep in mind this is to raise awareness for Veteran Suicide and to get Vets on the mission field in country and out so KEEP IT CLASSY PEOPS but have fun and be creative!~

When you are challenged you have 24hrs to complete the challenge live on facebook OR you must donate $22 (really, as little or as much as you want is just fine, the 22 just goes with it all)! There is an option to get on our reoccuring monthly donation of just $22 a month also on QMissions website.

You also have to challenge AT LEAST 2 people!
