SHS receives no tax dollars or government funding. SHS relies on the generosity of donors, like you, to provide love, food, shelter and medical care to the pets in our care. SHS is a local, private, and independent animal welfare organization. All gifts directed to SHS are used to assist the animals in Shiawassee County.
