St. Lydia’s is a vibrant and dynamic church which congregants make together, welcoming all who wander in. We make church together, serving a holy meal for holy people, communing as the early apostles would. 

But our impact extends far beyond our little storefront in Gowanus, Brooklyn. This past year, St. Lydia’s has received some amazing new national project grants (from Wild Gifting, Louisville Institute, and the Lilly Endowment) to support our work, but as with most grants, the funds mainly pay for the program costs, not the day to day operating costs to keep St. Lydia’s going. Your support helps sustain the engine behind these amazing projects launching in 2024.
