The Arc of Delaware mission is to promote and protect the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively support full inclusion in the community throughout their lifetime. Our main focuses are:
1)Outreach- help with skills needed to live successfully in the community
2)Housing- promotes safe, accessible and affordable group homes in community
3)Employment- committed to reducing high unemployment of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
4)Social and Recreational- monthly dances, yearly picnics along with movie nights and karaoke nights.
