The Crossings Animal Society
The mission of The Crossings Animal Society is to ensure a loving home and quality care for every dog and cat in Bucks County, PA, Mercer County, NJ, and the surrounding area. Our current programs include:
(1) Dog and Cat Rescue, Surrender, and Adoption - adopts homeless cats and dogs from our shelter and rescue partners, local families surrendering their pets, and pets found as strays
(2) Fur-ever Match - finds and adopts the dog or cat who is "just the right fit" for families we have pre-approved for adoption
(3) Boris & Natasha's Veterinary Fund - provides assistance with the cost of life-sustaining veterinary care for homeless dogs and cats, and for pets living in families with financial constraints
(4) Bosco's Fund - covers the cost of preventative veterinary care, including annual exams, bloodwork, and vaccinations, for dogs and cats living in families with financial constraints
(5) Animal Welfare Advocacy - supports and promotes public action to improve the lives of companion and other animals, through participation in legal advocacy; community outreach and education; and facilitation of animal cruelty and neglect reporting
(6) Animal Help & Adoption Network - provides an information resource and referral hotline for animal lovers in the community
