Hi Family and Friends!

I've been volunteering at Thrive DC for a year now and have witnessed the tremendous [direct] impact that Thrive has with our wonderful community. Whether it's through meals, basic hygiene, clothing, social services, employment programs, and more--Thrive DC does it all! I've never seen any other organization that has all-encompassing resources for the less fortunate, and the work Thrive DC does is unparalleled. My fundraising goal is $365--representing the days that someone out there in our beloved Washington DC goes hungry, goes without a basic shower, goes without a shelter.
