Campaign Description

In 1992, Gregg and I quit our respective jobs in Virginia and New York, packed up our lives, and said our goodbyes.  We were off to Vermont to launch the ToDo Institute and start our life together!  All we had at that time was a lot of love, and a compelling dream.  We envisioned a center where we would study, develop and share Japanese Psychology with the world, and we’ve been busy making that dream come true ever since.

And now, 25 years later, we are ever so grateful that we followed our instincts, and that the world responded to our efforts with such interest, encouragement and support.  We have been blessed with meaningful and interesting work, friends around the globe, and our beloved daughters, Chani & Bi, who have enriched the adventure in every way.

Thanks to you and our other ToDo champions, we have helped tens of thousands to reconcile with loved ones, awaken their senses, appreciate their blessings, discover new purpose, live with discipline, take responsibility, make peace with their past, soften their hearts, and give back to the world.

I was so grateful to have stumbled upon Japanese psychology so many years ago.  It changed my life and I will always remember what that meant to me.  That is why I have tried so hard to keep this work alive in the world.  When I find myself struggling with reality, it is second nature for me to consider question such as:

What am I paying attention to?

How am I being supported?

What is my purpose right now?

What kind of impact am I having on others?

What needs to be done?

Such questions provide pivotal guidance that can help us right in the moment. The wisdom and depth of these practices can drastically reduce our suffering and enhance our appreciation for being alive.  The wisdom, depth and beauty of these practices cannot be overestimated.

But these are worrisome times.  Now, more than ever, we need trustworthy guidance and empowering tools if we are to rise to the individual and collective challenges we face.  Please support our work so we can keep the light shining brightly in all directions!

Gregg joins me in sending our warmest wishes to you this holiday season.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Linda Anderson Krech

P.S.  We rely on the support of those who understand the nature of our work and its relevance in today’s world.  Many thanks! If you donate now, you'll receive an electronic copy of "A Guide to Self-Reflection for the New Year" by Gregg Krech!
