For young adults with disabilities, 21 is the age where many services come to an end. But when faced with the search for meaningful employment and living independently, it can be the time when they need help the most. United Way's 21 and Able initiative supports young people with disabilities in making a successful transition to adult life.

Just $25 can help 21 and Able work to increase employment and housing opportunities and supports so that young adults with disabilities have greater independence. Please give!
