The William Tucker 1624 Society is excited to participate in the annual global event known as Giving Tuesday. Our mission is to educate the greater public about the first Africans to arrive in Virginia, the earliest of the British colonies. We strive to tell the story of our ancestors and other first Africans to arrive in this country by promoting educational programs, like our annual African Landing Commemoration program, and activities such as the Tucker Family Angola Heritage Tours. 

We are looking to reach or exceed our annual goal of $1,624.
