WITS Summer Books is an initiative that brings the WITS community together to raise funds that provide books for students’ at-home libraries, teachers’ classroom libraries, and WITS programs. Teams of WITS supporters unite to raise money for a Chicago elementary school. 

This marks the 13th year that WITS will be building at-home and classroom libraries for Chicago Public Schools’ students and teachers. In that time, we have sent home over 75,000 books and put over 1,000,000 books in classrooms.
