Last year we spent around $14,000 per year to run our servers and web services that are needed to keep our website running. That's twice as much as in the year before, mainly due to better servers that can handle more traffic to deliver more content more quickly to over 25 million people around the globe. We would rather spend this money on producing more free history articles!

Our mission is to engage people with cultural heritage and to improve history education worldwide.

We are also recipients of the .eu Web Award for education in 2016.
