Each October, Family Support Center hosts a short, fun 100 Men Who Care About Domestic Violence event to raise $10,000 for our Family Justice Center program which provides confidential, comprehensive support for over 400 survivors of domestic and sexual violence each year. We cannot meet in person this year, so we are doing something a little different – hosting a friendly fundraising competition!
The Family Support Center’s 100 Men Who Care About Domestic Violence event is traditionally an opportunity to invite the men in our community to acknowledge domestic violence as a men’s issue and to stand with other men to find and support solutions to ending violence against women. This year, we are challenging men to show their support by being fundraising Champions. Our Champions Against Domestic Violence will compete to see who can raise the most money for survivors and their families, from October 1st - October 30th.
With your help, together WE WILL RAISE OVER $10,000 in order to make a significant, positive change in the lives of survivors, and in our community. There are FOUR ways you can help:
Donate right now! Know one of our Champions? Select their team when you make your donation and help them win! Every person who donates $100 will get a signature T-shirt!
Become a Champion Against Domestic Violence by clicking “Start a Fundraiser” at the top or bottom of the page. The Champion who raises the most money by 10:59am on October 30th will win a deluxe, beer themed gift basket donated by O'Bee Credit Union!
Buy a T-shirt and show the whole community that you Stand Up Against Domestic Violence all year long! Each T-shirt is $100 - proceeds will directly support survivor in Thurston County. Just Click 'Donate' to order your T-shirt!
Share this with ALL your friends and family!
Please help us meet our $10,000 goal!! With your help we will be able to continue offering compassionate, individualized advocacy to hundreds of survivors a year. Thank you for your support!
