Our Mission
Operation Progress Fort Worth (OPFW) empowers underserved youth to become educated, ethical, and productive adults who positively contribute to society. We walk with our Scholars from 3rd grade through college graduation, providing comprehensive support rooted in our Five Pillars of Success:

Our Model
- Scholarship & Academic Support: Individualized case management and tutoring ensure Scholars maintain a 3.0+ GPA, develop critical thinking skills, and stay on track for college and career success.

- Expanded Learning Programs: Year-round enrichment, including summer programs, field trips, service projects, and family engagement, builds character, leadership, and emotional intelligence.

- Mentorship by Fort Worth Police Officers: Each Scholar is strategically paired with an FWPD officer, building a safety net of caring adult relationships and strengthening trust between law enforcement and the community.
